Solvent extraction method is using the principle of solid-liquid extraction. Choose the solvent which could dissolve the oil, alternative solvent technologies have been extensively reviewed. Spraying and soaking the flakes, expanded material, pre-press cakes, then extracting the oil from the oil raw material. The process of oil extraction could be divided into four progresses, they are oil extraction, miscella evaporation, wet meat desolventizing &toasting, Solvent & gumming recovery.
Cooking oil solvent extraction plant
Henan Doing Company could offer you 1-600tpd rapeseed, cotton seed, canola seed, soybean, etc oil extraction machine and plant, direct solvent extraction is the most widely used oil-recovery method for soybeans, but it also requires considerable capital and large scale to compete. We could offer the Turnkey project, including design(technical process, building, electricity), manufacturing, installation, testing, and after-sale service.Henan Doing Company solvent extraction plants are all adopts the automatically control system, which could keep the whole line work automatically, and stable. We offer the customized drawing. Everything we do is for the customer is the theory of Henan Doing Company.
Cooking oil solvent extarction plant
Brief Introduction of solvent extraction plant :
1.Oil extraction
Main equipments in this station are solvent oil extractor, there are many different types; oil extraction tanks, rotocel oil extractor ,loop type oil extractor, towline oil extractor etc.
2. Wet meal desolventizing and drying
After oil extractor, wet meal contains about 25-35% solvent. In order to recover this solvent and get high quality meal , using high temperature steam to evaporate solvent .
3. Mixed oil evaporation and stripping
After oil extractor, mixed oil contains solvent , which need evaporate . Evapotation is using different boiling point between oil and solvent to make solvent transform into gas evaporated.
4. Solvent condensing and cooling
Use condenser to make the cake cool and recovery solvent.
