Peanut oil mill machinery starts with peanut, peanut oil content 44-55%. Compared with other common oilseeds, there're three main sections of peanut oil mill machinery, including prepressing/pressing/pretreatment section, solvent extraction section, and refinery section. Pre-pressing section of peanut oil extraction process:
Husker: if we press the peanut with shell, the shell will take away the peanut oil, so we need to separate the shell with nut first, then go to the next section.
Cleaning Sieve: Use vibration cleaning sieve to get better cleaning effect. This step is mainly to clean the big impurities in the peanut oil extraction process;
Gravity destoner machine: to remove stones in nut, to avoid the stone destroy the penaut oil press machine and other peanut oil machine, and also can get qualified product oil .
Magnetic selector: to remove the iron in the peanut. Crushing: Peanut belongs to big size oil seed, so it need be broken down to small pieces. The function of the crusher in peanut oil pretreatment production line is to increase the area of oil seed and make the tempering easier. The peanut is divided to 6-8 pieces and the water content of crusher is 7-12%.
Flaker: after crushing process, we need to flake the crushed peanut , which make the cell wall of peanut broken . And we flake the peanut to 0.55 mm thickness. Then it is useful for the oil cooking.
Cooking machine: after flaking process, we need to cook the flaked peanut , control the moisture at 5-7% , the temperature is 110-115degree, which will help to make the oil into the surface, which will also add the final product flavor.

After peanut oil pre-pressing process, we get two parts: the pressed peanut cake and the crude peanut oil. In normal conditions, The pressed peanut cake will be send to peanut oil solvent extraction plant for further processing. The crude peanut oil will be pumped to peanut oil refinery plant to refine to high quality peanut oil.
Peanut oil solvent extraction process is the second step in penaut oil extraction process. Product (cake from penaut oil pretreatment section) is carried into peanut oil solvent extraction plant.There are still much oil in cake.Solvent sprays onto cake so that cooking oil can be easily extracted. Then we can get high yield cooking oil .
