1. Main product is soybean oil, and get soybean meal which can be used as fodder
The soybean processing technology used for making soybean oil is as follows:
Soybean --cleaning --crushing --softening --flaking --puffing/drying --solvent extraction --crude soybean oil/wet soybean meal
You will get two kinds of products, crude soybean oil and wet soybean meal after extraction by solvent. They need processing by the other machines in subsequent steps.
Crude soybean oil is sent to oil refinery plant, through a series of processing, to get refined soybean oil.

The difference with the first soybean processing technology is that adopt low temperature desolventizing method in solvent extraction process. In addition, in order to reduce the heat treatment, after flaking, the flaky soybeans are sent to extractor directly without puffing or drying.
3. Main produce is active defatted soybean powder and soybean oil
Soybean cold pressing technology is used when producing active defatted soybean powder and soybean oil. Cold pressing technology requires the oil residuel in soybean cakes under 7%, so it is necessary to cold press twice.

Crude soybean oil need filtering by filter machine, and then sent to soybean oil refinery plant.
Cold pressing soybean meal will be superfinely comminuted to get active defatted soybean powder.
