Firstly, clean peanuts.
The purpose of cleaning is to remove impurities such as dust, hemp rope and scrap iron from the material in preparation for pretreatment. The main equipments we use in the cleaning section are: magnetic separator, vibrating screen and destoner machine.
Secondly, crush peanuts moderately.
Moderate crushing is to reduce the size of peanuts and improve the efficiency of the next softening process, in this step, we use crushing machine to achieve this.
Thirdly, soften peanuts.
The peanut needs to be softened by the roller softening pot to makes the structure loose in order to improve the plasticity of the material and facilitate processing. At the same time, the oil yield and economic benefits of the material will also be improved after these treatments.
Fourthly, flake the material.
Flaking can destroy the shape of materials, squeeze the material into thin sheets, greatly shorten the oil passage, and provide convenient conditions for cooking and pressing. And the machine needed in this process is flaking roll.
Fifthly, cook the material.
In the stage of cooking, the temperature and humidity of materials are controlled by cooking machine, which can fully destroy the cell tissue, improve the oil yield rate and thus improve the economic benefits.
Sixthly, press the material.
It is the most important step in the extraction of peanut oil, we mainly use the extruding action of mechanical force to extract the peanut oil.
Seventhly, filter the peanut oil.
Through the above steps, we can get the peanut oil, because there are some impurities in the peanut oil, so we need to use the filter equipment to purify it.
