There are 2 types of mustard oil in general, pressed mustard oil and essential oil. How to make mustard oil ? I prefer to answer this question in 2 sections:

1. Pressed oil:
After general pretreament to remove impurities, oil press is the only equipment needed to this kind of oil with special piquancy taste , used as cooking oil in India, Nepal, etc.
2. Essential oil:
This mustard oil is kind of like grinding sesame oil, by grinding mustard seed and mixing them with water and heating the mixture to get volatile oil. This mustard oil is tocic and irritates the skin, so it's little used in food industry.
These 2 tupes mustard oil all have piquancy taste, but different usage.
