1.Lower oil loss rate in physical refining process:
Normally the oil loss rate in palm oil physical refining process is 1.05-1.1%, but in palm oil chemical refining process, the oil loss rate can reach about 1.4%.
2.No chemicals in deacidification process
Palm oil physical refining process using high pressure steam to take free fatty acid away, so there is no chemicals to neutralize the FFA.

The effect of deacidification in palm oil physical refining process is better than that in palm oil chemical refining process. The acid value of final RBD palm oil will be lower.
