1. Small palm oil extraction process
For small palm oil extraction process, DOING Company developed 1-10tph small palm oil extraction plant, and the whole process is full-continuously working from FFB sterilizing, threshing, digesting, pressing, clarifying, plate filtering, oil drying, to get crude palm oil.

From below pictures, you can see that the part of palm oil extraction equipment are different from the machines on the above picture, such as sterilizer and digester. That is because of the technology improvement, the present machines have better apperance and efficiency.

2. Small palm oil refining process
After processing FFB into crude palm oil, the next step is process crude red palm oil into RBD palm oil. Through four steps: degumming, deacidication, decoloration, deodourization, it will remove the gum, free fatty acid, pigment, and bad smells.
