1) The material will be have a pretreatment process , we need to clean the oilseeds, crush , cook , flaking , press the rapeseed . the oil residue in the cake is about 7-8 % .this oilseeds press method is suitable for small capacity ,not large .
2) The vegetable oil processing method is pre -press and solvent extraction method .It means we press the oilseeds first,then the oil residue left is about 12-13% in the cake .Then we send the cake to vegetable oil solvent extraction machine to leah the oil from the cake ,which make sure the oil residue is about 1%.This pre-press and solvent extraction method is for larger capacity ,and the invest is a little big .

(3). DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
(4). Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it.
The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
(5). Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
(6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
(7). condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
