Today, in Henan GLORY Factory, the whole set of 20tpd sunflower oil solvent extraction production line was loaded in the truck and containers, and is going to Qingdao port for delivery to Tanzanian customer.

This 20tpd sunflower oil solvent extraction production line ordered by our Tanzanian customer, mainly adopts solvent extraction method to extract sunflower oil from sunflower seed cakes. It will working together with his sunflower oil press production line.

The 20tpd sunflower oil solvent extraction production line produced by our Henan GLORY Company includes four main parts: solvent extractor, D.T.D.C tower, stripping and evaporating equipment, solvent cooling and recycling equipment. Through these four parts, the residual oil rate in sunflower seed meal will be less than 1%. So using solvent extraction method, you can get more oil from sunflower seeds.
