Main Equipments of Corn Germ Pretreatment Process:
1. Corn germ: It’s a new kind of oil seeds for human. The corn germ oil is good to health. The corn has 8-12% corn germ. Only the corn germ part can be used to get oil. The oil content of corn germ is about 40%.
2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the corn germ. The iron impurity will be harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.
3. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from corn germ.
4. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the corn germ seed. It’s also good for the press and oil extraction section.
