Palm fruit bunches reception: After weighing the palm fruit bunches, load them and transfer them to the sterilizer through the loading ramp.
Sterilization: Sterilization is to steam palm fruit bunches with high-temperature steam. It can make the palm fruit bunches more loose and soft, which is convenient for the palm fruit threshing process in a while. And high temperature can destroy the lipase in the palm pulp, thus avoiding the increase of free fatty acid content in the palm oil.
Threshing: Palm fruit is the main source of palm oil. Before pressing, we need to separate the palm fruit bunch and palm fruit.
Digesting&Pressing: The purpose of digesting in the palm fruit oil pressing process is to separate the pulp and nut and crush the palm pulp. And then use double screw palm oil presser to press palm oil.
Oil clarification: Use the vibrating screen, oil clarification tank, plate filter to remove the solid impurities of crude palm oil.
Kernel recovery: As for the last step of the palm fruit oil pressing process. The mixture of fiber and palm nuts can be reused after separation. Fiber is used as fuel, and palm kernel can extract palm kernel oil. After the palm nuts are processed through the crushing and kernel shell separation system, the separated palm kernels are transported to the core warehouse for temporary storage.
