Which raw material is suitable for direct extraction,and which raw material suitable for extraction after pressing?why?

Direct extraction:low oil content raw material is suitable for direct extraction,such as soyben oil,rice bran oil.
Extraction after pressing:high oil contect raw material suitable for extraction after pressing.such as groundnut oil,sunflower seed oil,corn germ oil,cotton seed oil.
Because for high oil content raw material,direct extraction can not extract the oil out completely.
And the oil after pressing is better than oil after extraction.so it makes customer can sell the pressed oil and extraction oil separately.
