Since the oil content rate of rice bran is not too high, so usually we don't suggest customers to start small scale rice bran oil processing plant like 1-20 tons per day, because if adopting pressing method, the residual oil rate is about 6-7%, which will lead to waste a lot. As for input capacity above 20 tons per day, you can adopt pretreatment then solvent extraction method, which includes cleaning, puffing, cooking and drying processes, then using N-hexane to extract oil from rice bran. And the most important is that the final oil residue is lower than 1%.

After getting the crude rice bran oil and meal through solvent extraction method, you can sell meal as animal feed, and deep process the crude rice bran oil through rice bran oil refinery plant.
